My 900 + calorie per serving contribution. It still needs to bake some. Tonight’s mantra is to have just a little bit of everything, minus the turkey..I don’t eat meat.
We turned two sweet potato’s into fries, used the left over olives from nacho night, and some pasta. I put red pepper flakes on my fries. I love them.
1 leftover potato that my husband didn’t eat last night. The rest of the cheese and a scoop of left over sour cream from the nachos we had last week = Tonight’s Dinner
Baked potato with a little bit of cheese and the rest of our salsa. The asparagus was a cook today or your going to have to throw away tomorrow item. So glad we cooked it. It was excellent!
