I did arms and added 3 sets of 12 squats. I used the “fanny lifter” above as a guide. It’s from the old Firm work out videos. The videos had you stepping on it, squating on it, doing push up’s on it etc. The Title..that’s what the video instructor would always say..
but they will be more effective. Just completed my 3 different arm moves 3 sets of 12.
Just did 3 arm exercises 3 sets of 12 each. I’m going to do this daily..
